From portfolio to offer letter — MAAC Agra's placement cell works with every student to get them studio-ready and hired.
Every student builds a studio-ready portfolio and showreel under mentor guidance, refined through multiple review rounds before it goes in front of recruiters.
The placement cell runs resume workshops and mock interviews so students walk into real interviews prepared and confident.
Recruiters are invited to campus for portfolio screenings, technical rounds and interviews, giving students direct access to hiring teams.
Beyond campus drives, the placement cell shares relevant openings from its industry and alumni network as they come up.
Once an offer comes in, the team helps with negotiation guidance and onboarding queries so the transition into a first studio role is smooth.

"Mock interviews felt repetitive at the time, but I walked into my actual interview without a single nervous pause."
